Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding media partnerships team. We are going through a very exciting period of growth and therefore require a highly motivated, organised, and personable individual to manage our increasing portfolio. They will be responsible for the overall execution of our media projects ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout.

  • Deliver campaigns for a portfolio of accounts alongside an experienced team of Media Partnerships Directors
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as the conduit across all teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Manage any changes to projects and ensure all project documentation is up to date
  • Ensure all deliverables are in line with COPA90’s high level standards and therefore meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our projects
  • Work alongside internal insights and strategy teams to deliver informative and insightful PCA reports leading to repeat business for the company




  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications; languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of contracted hours as and when necessary
  • Experience of delivering high value media campaigns across multiple digital and social platforms
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An understanding of the digital landscape and how it fits into wider marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with project delivery tools and presentation software such as Keynote/PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable ability to manage client accounts
  • Ability to remain poised under pressure and be solution oriented
