SUMMARY:
Ticketing Representatives will assist with all aspects of event day ticket operations at CITYPARK Ticket Office. CITYPARK will be hosting between 40-50 ticketed events throughout the year and this position(s) will play a critical role in customer experience by providing the highest level of customer service, resolution of ticket issues and interacting with fans to ensure the smoothest ticketing experience possible. This role reports to the Manager, Ticket Operations.
ABOUT ST. LOUIS CITY SC:
Major League Soccer's (MLS) first majority female-owned and female-lead organization has its sights set on launching for the 2023 MLS season. The 100 percent St. Louis based owners are committed to becoming an exceptional club and neighbor and a symbol for the future of our city and region.
St. Louis CITY SC will play in a brand new, state-of-the-art soccer stadium to be built on approximately 30 acres in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. The open-air stadium's seating capacity will be about 22,500. Included with the build of the stadium will be the team Administrative Offices and Training Facility immediately adjacent to the stadium in Downtown West St. Louis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and solve issues/errors concerning ticket management, mobile app, and scanning.
- Box office duties on match days and other arena events; providing excellent customer service and box office needs and tasks for all MLS and non-MLS ticketed events at CITYPARK.
- Provides in-person customer service for tickets, seating, and stadium inquiries.
- Utilizes ticketing database, SeatGeek, to support necessary ticket sales, service, and operations.
- Assists ticket holders requiring accessible seating on event days.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Box Office and/or SeatGeek experience is a plus.
