About Us:

Stockport County FC currently compete in the Vanarama National League. The club is built on a loyal and dedicated fan base with an average home attendance of 4,500 fans. It plays a key role at the heart of the community bringing together groups, fans and players of all ages.

The new club owner Mark Stott has ambitious plans to return Stockport County to the Championship within 7 years. This exciting new chapter on the pitch will include new signings and significant investment in football infrastructure, including a dedicated new training facility. Focus and investment off the pitch will see improvements to retail and hospitality facilities that will enhance the matchday
experience.

Job Role:

To provide excellent customer service to club supporters selling tickets for the half time draw.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Selling tickets for the half time draw.
• To provide excellent and efficient customer service at all times
• Answer all customer queries in a friendly and professional manner
• Cash handling, processing debit and credit card sales

Experience and skills

The ideal candidate will:

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience is preferable but not essential
• Confident IT skills
