Ensure all Age Group coaches are following the Annual Coaching Plan when delivering all training sessions
Ensure all training is delivered with appropriate kit, equipment and organisation
Ensure all training is delivered following the session structure and coaching methodology
Collate video evidence as a record of adherence to the Coaching Plan & methodology
Ensure records of every player's Individual Development Plans are maintained
Ensure records of all Individual, Position Specific training sessions are maintained, including GK training session plans
Organise delivery of educational workshops for all Coaches/Players covering; nutrition & hydration, load management and lifestyle management
Manage the implementation and development of a 'wet weather' plan to execute in the case where facilities are deemed unavailable to train/play
Maintain a database of 'target players' for recruitment purposes from other Clubs across the phase age groups
Maintain registers of attendance for all training and activities across all phase age groups
Maintain game time records across all phase age groups
Ensure all players are compliant with recording their workload/wellbeing
Provide hands-on support to Coaches with match day delivery
Ensure post-match evaluations are recorded and feedback is provided
Ensure that all parents, players and staff are upholding a positive match day environment
Provide feedback to Age Group coaches about delivery and evidence this
Provide all Age Group Coaches with Individual Development Plans and a formal annual review
Deliver workshops to explain the Player review process to both Coaches & Players/Parents
Be present for all Player/Parent reviews and maintain minutes/record the actions from these
Provide all players with a home-based Ball Mastery program
Ensure inductions are delivered and Codes of Conduct signed by all Coaches, Players & Parents
Act as the main point of contact for all phase age groups
Carry out additional duties as and when required to support the growth and development of the club.
Oversee tours and tournaments.
