Sporting Your Futures is an award winning not-for-profit organisation which aims to create positive change in the community through sport and social activities by being inclusive of all backgrounds in the community. We use sport as a tool to engage inactive communities and facilitate positive change to improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing.
We are looking to recruit several high quality and experienced Female sports coaches to deliver our sport and physical activity sessions to a range of audiences within the most deprived and disadvantaged communities in the West Midlands.

Relevant training for the role will be given to all successful candidates prior to starting (e.g. First Aid, Safeguarding, food safety).

Sporting Your Futures CIC was formed in 2018 to navigate change in the community through sport and social activities, by being inclusive of all sections of the community. We work in the most deprived and disadvantaged communities in Birmingham, Sandwell and Dudley using physical activity and sport as a tool to improve diversity, mental health, social action, cohesion, employability and the health of local communities.
We achieve this by working in a variety of settings; Primary, Secondary and Alternative provision Schools, Half Term Sports Camps, Community Sports Projects, Football Specific Projects and Coaching.
