BACKGROUND

TransferRoom is one of the hottest tech startups in sport. We launched in 2017 and our explosive growth means that today we are the go-to platform for over 500 Football Clubs worldwide including Liverpool, Manchester City and Juventus. We are looking for an experienced new business rock-star to join our team. 

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

We believe that every football club in the world needs TransferRoom. It will be your job to deliver our platform to the entire Eastern European market and to support our ambitious growth plans here in the UK.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Prospect, qualify and develop new leads face-to-face and online
  • Own your portfolio strategy
  • Achieve individual revenue targets and department KPIs
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasting
  • Understand, manage and maintain the CRM system including logging all activity
  • Travel regularly to meetings in the UK and Eastern Europe

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a subscription or membership business and/or a high growth startup environment with a proven track record in New Business 
  • A hunter with a proven track record of pitching at CxO level
  • Fluent English and additional regional specific languages (a marked plus) 
  • Highly organised and an excellent confident communicator online and on the phone
  • Curious, hungry to learn and to bring value to the team
  • Meticulous attention to detail along with an ability to work with high urgency
  • Sports experience is not a prerequisite but an interest and ability to talk intelligently about football is a must
  • Full Drivers license 
  • Significant travel - UK and Eastern Europe at least 75% of the time (post Covid)
