YOUR MISSIONS

As part of a 6-month internship, the French Football Federation is looking for a Media Library and Video Media Rights Assistant from September. Attached to the TV Rights and Video Production Manager, your main mission will be to help coordinate and promote live productions produced by the department (National Championship, Football Amateur, Futsal, etc.).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Archiving and indexing

  • Collect, archive and index the various media on the FFF media library platform: matches of the youth selections, photos of the various championships and selections, institutional photos, etc. ;
  • Administer the media library from time to time (creation of a user account, validation of image orders);
  • Assist the project manager in the collection, classification and archiving of report rushes;
  • Collect and add portraits of personalities to the thesaurus of people in the media library in order to allow facial recognition;
  • Perform photo and video image searches among FFF internal resources and external databases;
  • Follow with the media library project manager the developments and improvements of the media library platform.

2. TV rights

  • Manage external filming authorization requests: in conjunction with broadcasters and other FFF departments;
  • Participate in hearing follow-up;
  • Help monitor the promotion of video sponsorships on FFF digital channels for cross-functional communication;
  • Keep the general schedule of matches/competitions up to date;
  • Administrative follow-up (Follow-up of the table of sales of extracts, follow-up of contract and invoicing, etc. ..).

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a talent that meets the following profile: 

  • With a bac+5 training, you have a strong interest in sport business and amateur football in particular;
  • You are recognized for your organization, your creativity and your rigour;
  • You like working in a team and have very good interpersonal skills;
  • You master the office pack and more particularly excel and powerpoint; 
  • Fluency in English is required.
