Contract Type  Full-time                             

Salary/ ROP      Competitive


To take control of all administration whilst working closely with Academy staff to work to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Club’s Academy site.


You will be responsible for…

  • Submitting all Player Registrations U9 – U18
  • Respond to all Scout requests U9 – U21
  • ‘Super-user’ for Academy communications system/app
  • Being the main point of contact for FA and Premier League
  • Gathering the required evidence needed and submitting ITC applications
  • Collating and submitting Scholar expenses
  • Organising hotels and transport for U16, U18 & 21 fixtures
  • Arranging and confirming all PDP Fixtures
  • Completing required paperwork for PDP Fixtures
  • Creating and distributing weekly timetables
  • To be part of the Academy Management Team and take minutes/next steps
  • Being the main point of contact for Parents
  • Keeping the Academy Player databases up to date
  • Arranging friendly PDP fixtures when required
  • Booking officials through London FA for U16 games and PDP friendlies
  • Sending Scholarship offers
  • Keeping Hybrid contracts up to date
  • Distributing 1st team tickets throughout the Academy
  • Booking coach travel for U9 – U15 Fixtures
  • Maintaining Player and Staff accounts on PMA
  • Raising Purchase Orders for approval
  • Gathering spectator names for U18 home games


You will have…

  • Previous experience of working at a Category 1 or Category 2 Academy
  • Experience of working in a similar role at 1st Team or Academy level
  • Knowledge of the EPPP
  • Excellent IT skills
