In accordance with the Euro Pro vision, the Strength and Conditioning Director will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering our mentoring programmes for our Manchester region. The Strength and Conditioning Director should have a passion for human development of young footballers, and a thorough understanding of physical development between players aged U8-18s. The role is multi-skilled and requires experience across the sports science, strength and conditioning, technical, and nutrition sectors. The Strength and Conditioning coach will work closely with key internal staff (Recruit and Develop S&C Coaches) and play a pivotal role in ensuring players are being both physically and technically developed through the use of online individual programmes.

Ability to assess physical and technical performance of a player and prescribe programmes to develop key physical attributes.
Ability to effectively manage player, parent and staff relationships.
Ability to work independently and with the team within an office environment.
Excellent communicator both written and verbal who places high value on attention to detail.
An ability to adapt quickly, be flexible in the face of change and be solution orientated.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High levels of customer service who promptly responds to queries and requirements and ensures that promises are kept and manages expectations.

Undergraduate Degree in Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning or similar. UKSCA qualification
BFAS (Basic First Aid for Sport) or FA First Aid Qualification
Safeguarding Children Certificate
Experience of Working within a Management Position
UEFA Licensed Football Coach
Level 2 in Talent ID
