Fulham FC Women - U18 Assistant Coach
The Club is seeking an experienced Goalkeeper coach to support the core delivery of Fulham FC Women’s 1st team. You will be responsible for all aspects related to the management of FFCW 1st team Goalkeepers.
Working as part of our Women’s department you will ensure all areas of training and match day delivery for the goalkeepers is delivered to an exceptional standard, ensuring strong relationships are built and developed with key stakeholders.
As a minimum you will have an FA Goalkeeper Level 2 Coaching Qualification and hold an in-date FA Safeguarding certification. You will also have experience in coaching and managing teams, preferably in a Women & Girls context.
Exceptional communication skills and a highly organised approach are essential requirements for this role.
Other duties will include but not be limited to:
- To lead on the creation and delivery of a high-quality Individual Development Programme for all 1st Team Goalkeepers;
- To assist the planning and delivery of all training sessions and matches;
- To support the completion of all reports, monitoring and evaluation requirements to FFCW players;
- Frequently report and share progress of player development with the FFCW Head Coach;
- Support the highest levels of safeguarding;
- Attend all staff and player meetings as directed by the FFCW Head Coach.
The successful candidate will be required to work evenings and weekends, which will include Sunday matches.
