This role reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for all reception duties including but not limited to, managing bookings, client arrivals, deliveries and preparing meeting rooms. This role requires a level of operational support to assist with facility maintenance, opening and closing pitches, setting up goals and transporting staff and players in the company minivan between Cormack Park and Pittodrie.
You will be a focal point for BaxterStorey on this site and will be engaging with the AFC players and management, clients and members of the public on a daily basis. The utmost professionalism will be required at all times.
The successful candidate will require a full clean driving licence. Computer literacy is desired as you will be required to use the facilities booking system, however training will be provided.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours week including weekends and evening shifts on a rota system.
