Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for an Academy Transport Coordinator to support its football operations at our Training Ground facility at Clayton Wood in Trent Vale.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning of the Academy transport provision as well as undertaking regular driving duties.
You will oversee a busy team of Academy drivers, create and plan schedules as well as allocating workload to allow the safe transport of players and staff to Academy activities whilst ensuring that procedures and policy are implemented and adhered to.
The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for staff, parents, host families and players so communication is key. You will respond to all welfare issues and requirements during transport and ensure the relationship with passengers is appropriate.
You will also be responsible for monitoring of and arranging maintenance of the vehicle fleet.

The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as the role will require a high level of flexibility. The position will be offered on a full time basis.
