Job Description

Soccer Assist is looking for an experienced international football development manager to drive the rollout of our international recruitment strategy. The successful candidate must have solid experience in the international student recruitment market with established contacts. The role will require someone who can take the lead and roll up their sleeves to deliver a strategy that will take the international recruitment operation to the next level. The right candidate will have experience in football development strategy and a commercial mindset to drive the business forward.



Responsibilities

- Identify the appropriate countries to target as part of the recruitment strategy
- Work alongside the Directors to create the recruitment strategy to achieve the target number of students on short and long term courses
- Help develop the international academy offering
- Liaise with partners in the targeted countries to build referrals and relationships
- Work with the Director to establish a sales process for recruiting international students
- Responsible for the delivery of recruitment events in the targeted countries
- Liaise with marketing for the appropriate materials to be created
- Responsible for managing and coaching the international groups adhering to the Soccer Assist football ideology
- Liaise with parents to provide information about the various courses
- Responsible for creating the necessary powerpoint and literature for the recruitment of international students
- Develop team and group packages
- Responsible for designing and delivering the course taster days (UK)
- Responsible for appropriately resourcing each international recruitment event to ensure the delivery is of the highest level
- Responsible for building a referral network of referral scouts to support our marketing efforts
- Work closely with our education partners to ensure the onboarding process of students is smooth
- Manage the delivery of student pick ups and drop offs
- Update recruitment dashboard (CRM) ensuring students are moving through the various stages within the agreed timeframes
- Work closely with the Directors to create exit routes and pathways for the students-
- Refer students and network to the other services we provide


Targets

- Recruit full cohort 12-15 students on the full-year programme
- Develop our summer training programme offering
- Achieve 80%+ capacity on the Easter programme
- Develop the taster experience and short-stay programmes
