Green Team - Forest Green Rovers

It’s an exciting time to work at Forest Green!! Flying high at the top of League 2 we are looking to build on our team of match day staff to cover our home fixtures within the following roles.

• Bar assistants
• Catering assistants
• Ticket office assistants
• Hospitality assistants

We are looking for people who can show that they are committed to providing great customer service at all times. Can use initiative and take responsibility, sorting out issues or problems that arise. Working efficiently as a team member and help build relationships within it.

Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided. Catering staff will be required to complete a food hygiene certificate.

Casual bar assistants’ duties:

• serve drinks and food, whilst providing high levels of customer service
• accurately record sales transactions
• maintain high standards of cleanliness, including keeping the bar area clean and tidy, wiping down tables and washing glasses
• ensure the bar area is well stocked at all times 

Casual catering assistants’ duties:

• prepare, cook and serve food
• accurately record sales transactions
• maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and serving areas
• ensure fridges are well stocked at all times 

Casual ticket office assistants’ duties:

• sell match day tickets and club merchandise
• deal with customer queries efficiently
• reconciling after match 

• waiting on tables
• serving food and drinks
• preparing bills and taking card payments
• clearing and tidying areas

Shift hours are normally 3 hours before kick-off, finishing approximately 1 hour after full time.
