Academy Operations Coordinator (U15-18)
Location: Staplewood Training Ground, Southampton
Hours: Full Time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Contract Type: Permanent
Criminal Record Check: DBS Enhanced with Child Barred List
What will you be doing?
You’ll be driving operations of the Academy, contributing to the pursuit of the Academy’s strategic aim of becoming the no.1 youth developer in football.
You’ll be responsible for delivering the training and games programme for the U15-18 age groups of the Academy through organising and planning logistics, transport, and scheduling. You’ll be accountable for weekly operational tasks, contributing to the overall development of staff and players.
Other duties include sourcing and delivering tours and tournaments across the world, and you’ll also ensure the relationship with children and vulnerable adults is appropriate and language, behaviour and demeanour is suitable.

You know the operational needs of Academy players, staff and teams, and you understand the need for flexible working due to the demands of the football industry. You have a strong work ethic, thrive on completing tasks to a high standard and you’re comfortable with communicating to anyone.
Essential Experience:
• Experience in a football Academy environment.
• Experience of project management and planning.
Essential Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.
