Ticket Office Assistant

Southend United Football Club is looking to recruit matchday ticket office staff for the 2022/23 National League season.

Hours are as required on both weekday and weekend match days.

You will:

• Report directly to the Ticket Office Manager.
• Sell matchday tickets and season cards through the ticketing system in a polite, courteous and professional manner.
• Deal with enquiries from supporters relating to ticketing and general customer service duties.
• Need to be computer literate, be capable of working under pressure and would ideally have previous customer service experience.

Applicants must be 16-years-old and over.
