Job Description

Job purpose

This role is an integral part of an effective and efficient team for the planning, preparation and delivery of events at the Stadium. To be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, dealing with enquiries and ensuring accurate data entry and production of accurate information to strict deadlines.


Key responsibilities

• Liaise with all departments and external customers/contractors

• To administer, create, modify and review documents/training materials using IT packages such as Word and Excel

• To perform general admin and clerical duties such as photocopying, email, filing and mail

• To maintain a hard copy and electronic filing system

• Provide admin support to all dept. functions.

• Collection of post and answer telephone calls taking appropriate action in a professional manner

• Ordering of stationary and any department related items

• To maintain club wide first aid kits and H&S notice boards

• Preparation of equipment and resources for events, such as radio/camera charging, vouchers, ppe, accreditation and incident cards etc.

• Some Match Day cover will be expected, with Control Room/Stewards Room duties to be performed

Key relationships

Working closely with key stakeholders and as an integral part of the team, the preparation and management of events is very much a combined team effort.

Working closely with the team to assist with the development of the event operations and key personnel.

Build on existing relationships with agencies and suppliers with a view to obtaining the very best value and professional service to support our operation.

Reporting to the Operations Administration Assistant.


Scope of job

The scope of the job encompasses all major events taking place at Molineux stadium and any other events where safety and security is paramount, including those taking place at the training ground.

Events include, but are not limited to:

• First team fixtures and occasional training sessions

• U23/U18 fixtures (at the stadium)

• UEFA/FA fixtures any associated training sessions

• Concerts and any other special events
