Job Summary


Tottenham Hotspur is a world famous football club based in North London. Off the pitch, the Club has a strong and successful business model centered around building a platform for long-term success.  


The Ticketing team is based at the Club’s Ticket Office at Paxton House, on Tottenham High Road, adjacent to the stadium and the Club headquarters at Lilywhite House. The team primarily manages ticketing operations, sales and distribution for all Tottenham Hotspur first team fixtures and works closely with all other departments to achieve this.


This new role will play an active part in delivering the ultimate experience at the team’s stadium for both ticket purchasers and event owners. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for liaising with existing and potential event owners to assist with the design, implementation and delivery of ticketing strategies and operations for all non-footballing events.


In addition to non-footballing events, the role will, from time to time, provide additional ticketing support as required for Tottenham Hotspur fixtures and events.


Due to the nature of the role, the position will include some unsociable hours such as evenings, weekends and/or Bank Holidays to coincide with home matches and other events, so a flexible candidate is sought.

To provide a main contact point between the venue’s Ticketing operations team and internal partners and event owners to coordinate and manage all aspects of the Premium Ticketing operation including manifest management, ticket fulfilment and development and integration of new technology and procedures.


Key Responsibilities


  • To be the main ticketing contact to the venue’s Premium Membership Team
  • Liaise with relevant venue departments and staff to ensure an efficient and coordinated ticketing strategy for all Stadium events
  • Liaise with internal partners and the venue’s ticketing partner on the development of new and improved processes to improve the guest experience
  • Produce regular ticketing and related reports
  • Manage the accurate control of all Premium ticket inventory for events at the venue
  • Support the wider team, sharing workload in times of pressure

Skills & Experience


  • At least 3 years’ experience working at a senior level with ticketing systems, within the sporting and entertainment industry
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressured environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
  • Strong leadership, and management skills
  • Project management
  • Excellent and proven face-to-face customer service skills
  • Excellent general IT literacy
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
