Job Description

Sales Assistants (various hours available)


Working within the Retail operation, Celtic Football Club are looking to recruit Sales Assistants to support the daily operation of our retail stores.  


Key Responsibilities


  • Attending to customers in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
  • To replenish and handle stock items
  • To ensure that all stock is stored safely and securely as directed by supervisor
  • To ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times
  • You will be responsible for accurate cash handling at all times
  • To ensure accurate completion of all company documentation
  • You will be responsible for receiving and checking deliveries and notifying supervisor of any discrepancies
  • To ensures compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and Fire regulations
  • To undertakes other responsibilities as they evolve with development, knowledge and familiarity of the job


In addition to these functions, colleagues are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.


Skills & Experience


This post requires a proven track record of working within a fast paced, retail environment. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to work with excellent customer service and communication skills.  Please note that a flexible approach to working hours is required.
