Position: 
The Office Administrator is part of the Sporting Operations department with Minnesota United Football Club (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.

 Job Description:
The Office Administrator will help facilitate the day-to-day administration and office management of the MNUFC Sporting Operations office. This position ensures that the logistical and operational needs are met to keep the workplace running smoothly, while reinforcing and furthering our MNUFC Club culture. This is a full-time position located in Blaine, MN. 
 
 As the Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for: 
  • Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the Sporting Operations office and ensure the office is operating smoothly
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary
  • Maintaining organization of the office space, ensuring adherence to office cleanliness policies
  • Providing administrative support to Chief Soccer Officer and Head Coach, including expense reports and invoices
  • Liaising with facility management and vendors, including property manager, cleaning, and security services
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and booking requests for common areas and building spaces
  • Assisting with office layout planning and storage management
  • Receptionist duties including greeting visitors
  • Partnering with HR and Office Manager in the development of office policies and procedures, ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements for the Sporting Operations office
  • Support MNUFC mission, vision and purpose – reinforce Club culture
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience might look like:
  • At least 1-3 years of previous experience as an Office Administrator with knowledge of administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, etc.
  • Professional experience with maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to keep a strong and positive attitude that reflects the spirit of the Club 
 
Requirements:
  • This role requires a high level of trust and managing delicate and sensitive information
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
  • MNUFC requires a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment, subject to exception under applicable law
