Barnes FC is coming back! Be part of long-term ambitious plan and be ready to step in to put 6th oldest club in England where it belongs. The club will be playing with Adult Men team in season 2024/25 under Surrey FA county competition.

The marketing manager is one of the most important roles within the club. 

The responsibilities include:

  • Directly report to Commercial Director
  • Achieving marketing strategy
  • Liaising with club sponsors on the content of the promotions / PR
  • Manage and lead club events
  • Liaise with Social Media Manager
  • Match day promotions and building fanbase / increase of spectators
  • Increase membership database
  • Produce weekly newsletters

Essential qualifications, skills, and abilities

  • Ideally SW London based, must be UK resident
  • Desired previous experience in marketing in football or similar
  • Desired degree in marketing
  • Great verbal and written communication
  • Creative solutions
  • Deal with correspondence promptly
  • Good IT skills
  • Passion for football

This is a volunteer role on 10 -16 hours per week basis. The club will provide with a number of benefits and deals / vouchers from sponsors.
