Job Description

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for a Partnerships and Advertising Executive to support its commercial operations at the bet365 Stadium.

The successful applicant will report to the Partnerships and Advertising Manager and will be responsible for supporting sales efforts by ensuring all contracted commercial inventory is punctually delivered to the highest standard and provide added value wherever possible.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in the organisation and delivery of club partner events and activations hosted by Stoke City Football Club.
  • Ensuring all records and reports are regularly maintained, accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting Partnership and Advertising sales team with all associated admin and invoicing. 
  • Delivering first class day to day service to all club partners ensuring the delivery of contracted inventory in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the marketing and media departments to ensure all branded artwork is in place and maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensuring plans are actioned on the back of partner meetings.
  • Assisting the Partnerships and Advertising sales team in the research and development of prospective new clients and commercial inventory.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • IT skills to include a high level of competence using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.

The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover match day fixtures and other ad hoc events at the bet365 Stadium. 

The position will be offered on a full time basis. All relevant training will be provided.
