Job Description


The key purpose of the Business Development Manager role is to support the Hospitality Sales Department in generating revenue through outbound/inbound sales to deliver our Seasonal Hospitality revenues each Season. 

The successful candidate will be targeted on selling our high-value products so should have experience and be able to evidence they meet this criteria.


Role specific accountabilities:

  1. Build and maintain a pipeline of current and new customers to achieve targets
  2. Accurate reporting of Pipeline
  3. Meet KPI’s which include face to face meetings and hosting prospects on Matchdays
  4. Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture, and database management
  5. Create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities

Role specific knowledge, skills and experience:


  • 3-5 years Sales experience of selling High-value products
  • Driven and goal orientated mentality
  • Pro-active nature
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (excel primarily)
  • Strategic Thinker


  • Multi-lingual skills (Spanish, French & German)
