Job Description

Purpose: The key purpose of the Inside Sales Co-Ordinator role is to support the Hospitality Sales Department in generating revenue through outbound/inbound sales campaigns and help to deliver customer experiences on Matchdays. In addition, the Inside Sales Co-Ordinator will be tasked with generating revenue across other sales platforms such as CFA Events and Stadium Tours.

Role specific accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for, but not limited to, the sales of Match-by-Match Hospitality to both businesses and the general public via telephone and face to face meetings
  2. Accountable for outbound communications with new and previous business to drive match by match sales for 2021/2022 season
  3. Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals
  4. Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture, and database management
  5. Create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
