Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting to the Deputy Director, HC & IT, the Executive/Senior Executive, Front Desk will provide front office reception and administrative support to the Association. The Senior Executive, Front Desk will also be required to assist in operational support during match days, and other events days where required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests / visitors
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure cleanliness of reception area and meeting rooms
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Arrange courier services
  • Coordinate booking of meeting rooms
  • Administer meeting room reservations and support setup of amenities
  • Assist in the VIP Protocol matters
  • Coordinate and administer staff benefits programmes including insurance budgeting, renewals and claims submission, staff events and recreational activities
  • Perform procurement, other front desk and admin related functions
  • Assist in any other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director, HC & IT and/or General Secretary
