Club Overview:
FC Tucson was founded in 2010 by a local group of dedicated Tucsonans who wanted to elevate the sport and bring professional soccer to the City of Tucson. Since that time, FC Tucson has been responsible for helping to put Tucson on the national stage by hosting the annual MLS pre-season training events as well as developing America’s top players who have gone on to become MLS and US Men’s National Team Members. This year marks the 11th anniversary of FC Tucson and the Club intends to move forward with a commitment to showcasing top talent and bringing the community together in a whole new fashion. Crew Member Position Overview:
FC Tucson is looking for qualified, hard-working, attentive and customer-service oriented individuals to support our Home Games and other season events at Kino North Complex. These individuals will serve in a variety of crucial roles in promoting and implementing a high-quality experience for our club, players, fans and community partners. Crew Members will join a growing and ambitious team and be given the opportunity to learn in a competitive and cooperative environment.

  • Ticket Scanner/Ticket Taker
  • Fan Usher
  • Retail Associate
  • Parking Operations
  • Business Partnership Activation
  • Community Partnership Activation
  • Venue Setup & Breakdown
  • Field Setup & Breakdown
  • Media/Photography/Videography
  • Fan Experience
  • Retail Assistance
  • Hospitality Management
  • Signage
  • Runner

Key General Responsibilities:
  •  Assist in the organization, setup and breakdown of all venue, field and clubhouse structures and layouts.
  • Ensure all setups and layouts meet minimum company standards and venue mandates.
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and secure as possible.
  • Take direction and execute instructions in an energetic and positive manner.
  • Engage with fans in a professional and respectful manner within your role.
  • Be proactive in identifying areas in need of attention.
  • Be diligent in communicating needs, questions and concerns.
  • Be on time and presentable at all FC Tucson events.

Key General Responsibilities:
  • Must be at least 16 years old and qualified to work in the US.
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours including weeknights and weekends.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and perform strenuous levels of physical activity in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to operate with various tools safely and properly.
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and solve problems under pressure.
  • Must exhibit and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to verbally communicate strongly and effectively.
  • Must have a viable method of transportation and a cellphone.
  • Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must have the ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
  • Plus: Previous work in sports-related events
  • Plus: Bilingual in Spanish
  • Plus: CPR/First Aid Certified

Flat Rate of $100 per Game.
Maximum Shift: 8 Hours

This role will be based at Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, AZ. Crew Members will be required to work home game days and potentially one (1) weekday leading into the game.
