We have a vacancy for an ad-hoc Customer Service Advisor. The role will involve ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers who interact with the customer service department, helping meet the Department targets in all areas including Season and Match ticket sales, memberships and any new initiatives as well as ensuring all enquiries, complaints or grievances are answered and resolved.
Interviews for this role are expected to start week commencing Monday 24th January 2022.
