About the opportunity: Due to an internal move, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Academy Operations Department as a Academy Operations Administrator within USM Finch Farm.


You will be responsible for a variety of administration duties across the Academy which includes financial databases, record keeping, Premier League Audit deadlines and events across our Academy programme, all whilst ensuring we have information to hand for colleagues across the Everton Family in order to maintain high standards in line with the Premier League and FA requirements.

Other key responsibilities include:


  • Leading on Academy Audit actions, ensuring Safe to Operate, Compliance & Standards are up to date with Premier League rules
  • Compiling timesheets and mileage claims for part time staff and parents, and complete spread sheet information for Payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Collecting drivers expense claims, check invoices and keep track of staff mileage before sending on to the relevant Heads of Department & Finance staff.
