Job Description

Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC Design Intern

Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC are looking for a highly motivated individual who can
make a positive and immediate impact to our growth as an organization. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate initiative, responsibility for projects and a positive attitude within the culture
of the club. Furthermore, the willingness to learn new skills and ability to step outside of one’s
comfort zone.
  • Assist in creating graphic designs and format layouts for all marketing, brand presentations and new media projects assigned, inclusive of templates when applicable.
  • Assist in maintaining standardized and organized library of graphics.
  • Maintain an understanding of current design trends to ensure a fresh, relevant approach
    to all creative assignments.
  • Perform proof copy editing and review of graphic documents prior to production to
    ensure content accuracy and adherence to standards and copyright laws.
  • Coordinate proposal proofing and print production processes.
  • Assist in production of visual content for social media and website.

Specific Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in college or university.
  • Ability to multitask and work in faced-paced environments.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays on an as-needed basis for match days and breaking team-related news.
  • A working knowledge of soccer would be advantageous.
  • Some in-office hours required. Local candidates preferred.

Reports to the graphic designers.
