Job Description

Sponsorship and Hospitality Manager

 

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for sponsorship and hospitality at the Club.

 

The role will typically involve, but not be limited to, the following tasks:

 

  • Meeting budgeted sales targets set from time-to-time by the Board
  • The sale of and co-ordination of all player sponsorships and matchday hospitality packages
  • The sale and co-ordination of all Website and Matchday Programme advertising (including Match Programme sponsorship)
  • The sale and co-ordination of all Match Sponsorships
  • The sale of hospitality both on a season-long and match-by-match basis
  • The sale of all in-stadia advertising
  • The sale of the Academy sponsorships
  • Maintaining good relations with all of the Club’s commercial partners and sponsors
  • Liaising with the EFL regarding all commercial obligations and matters arising
  • Working closely with the Board to drive and secure new major commercial partnerships
  • Organising and assisting with the sale of various Club events
  • Working closely with the Club’s Matchday Host to deliver Man of the Match presentations and other corporate matchday obligations

 

Hours of Work

The normal working pattern will be 35.5 hours per week (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). However, the successful candidate will also be required to work all home matchdays.

 

You will be eligible for 20 working days holiday during a calendar year, plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays.
