Job Description

JOB TITLE: Surrey Co-ordinator (Blenheim)
DEPARTMENT: Foundation, Community, Surrey & Berkshire
REPORTING TO: Steve Shipp, Senior Officer
JOB FUNCTION: To deliver, manage, promote and coordinate the girl’s football programme at Blenheim High School, along with other female football programmes across Surrey & Berkshire.
To deliver, support and oversee high quality sports provision across the county of Surrey & Berkshire. This will involve evening and weekend work 
DIRECT REPORTS: Sessional workers
LOCATION: Blenheim High School, Epsom, Surrey
CONTRACT: Full-Time FTC commencing 1st February 2022 
•        To deliver and support the Blenheim High School girls football programme.
•     To liaise, meet with, and create positive relationships with female football programmes across the County of Surrey to promote Chelsea FC Foundation female football programmes
•       To assist and support in the design and implementation of a marketing plan to grow the programme into an elite programme
•       To deliver and support on the girls and boys FDC and PDC programmes.
•     To deliver and support in the administration of the Surrey wide sports development programme.
•     To support with the effective planning and delivery of a schools activity programme across Surrey.
•     To support and oversee the effective planning required for all soccer schools delivered in Surrey.
•     To actively seek sporting opportunities across Surrey & Berkshire, to further enhance the delivery programme.
•        Promote equal opportunities 
 To be a positive role model, creating a safe, positive and fun environment in which to    motivate and encourage young people to succeed and develop.
•           Positive feedback on delivery and administration of Blenheim programme.
•           Positive feedback on relationships with local female football clubs and players
•           Positive feedback from schools, groups, organisations, participants & parents.
•           Achieving set targets for each activity, sustainability of the business
•             To support, mentor and guide sessional workers in best practice and professionalism
 1st 4 Sport Level 2 FA coaching award, working towards Level 3.
•           In date FA Safeguarding children & first aid certificate.
•           Five GCSE’s including maths and English.
 Clean driving licence. 
•           1st 4 Sport Level 3 coaching award.
•           Other sports qualifications.
•           A Levels, degrees and/or masters.
•       Worked coaching and/or managing a youth football team
 Worked as part of a team.
•           An understanding of working to a budget.
•           An understanding of community sport.
•       Worked coaching and/or managing an elite female youth football team
 Previous experience of managing a project or team.
•           Knowledge of school sports programmes and requirements.
