We currently have a unique opportunity for an established Artworker to join the Brand & Creative team at the heart of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

Reporting into the Head of Creative, the Artworker will be responsible for delivering authentic, vibrant
and commercially driven marketing campaigns. You will work alongside a team of graphic and motion designers, and work with the Design Lead to ensure that all assets are aligned to the brand guidelines, driving visual consistency and outstanding creative across the Club.


 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Create work which stands out in the sporting world
  • Evolve core creative concepts from key campaigns into tangible assets
  • Work closely with the Brand and Creative team to drive brand consistency
  • Retouching, reworking or adapting the design, customising typography, colour balancing, resizing existing artwork and eliminating any inconsistencies
  • Deliver a range of projects across digital and print in retail, visitor attractions, football and stadium events spaces
  • Curate and create templates assets to size and scale across print and digital
  • Consistently deliver highly accurate and beautiful crafted artwork
  • Work closely with the Commercial and Digital Marketing teams to deliver strong campaigns
  • Creation of mock-ups for new campaigns
  • Manage and update an in-house image library
  • Provide technically precise input and support
  • Liaise with external printers and act as a point of contact for the Brand & Creative studio

Skills & Experience

 

  • 4+ years’ experience within a brand or agency
  • A strong portfolio which showcases a diverse range of projects
  • Proven record of delivering outstanding brand assets to support global brand campaigns
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end digital and print design process
  • Experience working in a business with a strong digital presence
  • Proven experience of effectively managing your own time
  • Working within the sports or entertainment industry is desirable, but not essential
  • Superior knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong layout, typography, retouching and visual conceptual/presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of output – the ability to ensure accuracy whilst maintaining pace to ensure deadlines are met
  • Confident working on large campaigns with many moving parts
  • Skills in archiving images and artwork
  • Solid communication skills to engage with designers and printers
  • A proactive self-starter with an ambitious spirit, able to work on multiple workstreams effectively and at pace, independently or collaboratively as required
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D and After Effects is an advantage
