Job Description

We are looking for a creative individual to join our Partnerships Team to be responsible for creating and delivering partnership rights across all partners and suppliers. Reporting to the Club’s Head of Partnerships you will be responsible for the development of bespoke activation and marketing proposals to suit the needs of individual companies, add value to our supporters and to bring partnerships to life. You will develop proposals based on clients’ strategic agendas / timings and budgets.

Role responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the Head of Partnerships in presenting and delivering activation proposals;
  • Develop and nurture all partner and supplier relationships with the aim of renewing contracts and upselling additional opportunities;
  • Manage relationships with external parties such as the EFL, printers & research agencies;
  • Work with internal stakeholders i.e., marketing, ticketing, hospitality, operations, finance, and communications to ensure a collaborative, joined up approach to rights delivery and to create joint Club / client campaigns where possible to add value to the Club / client and supporters;
  • Support in the development of post event / end of season reports for core partners which demonstrates their return on investment;
  • Assist with rebranding tasks, approvals and instalments;
  • Manage the photo library and liaise with communications to ensure branded print exposure is collected and collated; and
  • Research and keep abreast of best practice in the sponsorship / activation marketplace to ensure we remain relevant.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills along with the highest levels of attention to detail.  Previous experience of working with an agency / brand or rights holder would be advantageous.
