Job Description

DBU Kommerciel is looking for Marketing Project Manager to work with some of Denmark's largest brands.
 

DBU Commercial is looking for a strong project manager for our marketing department. You must be involved in leading, developing and executing internal as well as external marketing activities and campaigns.

The men's national team, the women's national team and the DBU Football School. These are just some of the big brands we at DBU Commercial run. In addition, we are working to develop a number of other brands, such as the U21 national teams, the Old Boys national team or the DBU School Cup.

An increasing interest in our brands as well as an internal and external demand for more project management, means that we are now looking for a project manager for our marketing department.
 

Structured project management is an absolute must

DBU Commercial is located in an area with many stakeholders. It requires a structured project manager to coordinate important information across such a far-reaching organization as ours.

You will work closely with many of DBU's internal departments SoMe and production, communication, law, sports management and more. and meet stakeholders from all corners of Danish top football. In addition, the dialogue comes with some of Denmark's largest brands that invest in the exciting development of Danish football.

In the role of project manager, you will, among other things, be given the task:

  • To develop and execute marketing productions with the national teams
  • To actively participate in the development of campaigns with commercial partners
  • To be responsible for the development, production and execution of internal marketing campaigns such as ticket sales, merchandise sales, B2B presentations, etc.
  • To ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration with the other departments of the house

Campaigns and broad marketing understanding

In close collaboration with the rest of the marketing department, you will help structure, develop and execute our commercial marketing efforts across our physical and digital platforms, SoMe channels and national teams.

Tasks can range from creating a campaign that sells the national stadium 'Parken' to ensuring optimal visibility and integration on our platforms online / offline for current and future partners. You must have a good understanding of the tools within marketing, and be well in the role of sparring partner - both internally and externally.

In your work, we also see you in the role of brand guardian. You ensure that Denmark's foremost football players (m / f) are produced in a way that reflects orderliness, professionalism and integrity.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to make his opinion known if we do not think creatively, bravely or in detail enough. It is expected that you help to develop the internal workflow. In the ambition to develop DBU and our rights, you will also be involved in collaboration with our partners' marketing departments, agencies and other creative heads.

DBU

The commercial department is located at DBU's headquarters in Brøndby. DBU is an organization in strong development, and the offices are buzzing with optimism, willingness to change and a desire to take action. You do not have to be a football fanatic in any way - it is the strong professionalism and enthusiasm to be a part of something bigger that binds us together.

At the time of writing, the marketing department consists of four people, each with their own area of ​​responsibility. Our SoMe managers are decentralized, but we work closely with them. The same goes for a smaller production unit consisting of a video project manager and FTP student.

There will be travel activity in connection with matches in the province, away matches and finals. However, there is a generally strong focus on a good working life balance.
The position involves about 15 travel days a year.

The role does not have personnel responsibilities, but goal and budget responsibilities. The role refers on a daily basis to DBU's Head of Marketing.

DBU Kommerciel leder efter en stærk projektleder til vores marketingafdeling. Du skal være med til at lede, udvikle og eksekvere interne samt eksterne marketingaktiviteter og -kampagner.

Herrelandsholdet, Kvindelandsholdet og DBU Fodboldskolen. Det er blot nogle af de store brands, vi i DBU Kommerciel driver. Derudover arbejder vi med at udvikle en række andre brands, som eksempelvis U21-landsholdene, Old Boys-landsholdet eller DBU Skolepokalen.

DBU Kommerciel befinder sig i et område med mange stakeholders. Det kræver en struktureret projektleder at koordinere vigtig information på tværs af en så vidtrækkende organisation som vores.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med mange af DBU’s interne afdelinger SoMe- og produktion, kommunikation, jura, sportslig ledelse m.fl. og møde stakeholders fra alle kanter af dansk topfodbold. Derudover kommer dialogen med nogle af Danmarks største brands, der investerer i den spændende udvikling af dansk fodbold.

I rollen som projektleder, vil du blandt andet få til opgave:

  • At udvikle og eksekvere marketingproduktioner med landsholdene
  • At deltage aktivt i udviklingen af kampagner med kommercielle partnere
  • At have ansvar for udvikling, produktion og eksekvering af interne marketingkampagner såsom billetsalg, merchandisesalg, B2B-præsentationer mv
  • At sikre vidensdeling og samarbejde med husets andre afdelinger

Kampagner og bred marketingforståelse

Du vil i tæt samarbejde med resten af marketingafdelingen hjælpe med at strukturere, udvikle og eksekvere vores kommercielle marketingindsatser på tværs af vores fysiske og digitale platforme, SoMe-kanaler og landshold.

Opgaver kan spænde fra at lave en kampagne, som udsælger nationalstadion ’Parken’ til at sikre optimal synlighed og integration på vores platforme online/offline for nuværende og kommende partnere. Du skal have en god forståelse for virkemidlerne indenfor marketing, og befinde dig godt i rollen som sparringspartner – både indadtil og udadtil.

I dit arbejde ser vi dig desuden i rollen som brand guardian. Du sikrer, at Danmarks fremmeste fodboldspillere (m/k) fremstilles på en måde, som afspejler ordentlighed, professionalisme og integritet.

Marketingafdelingen består i skrivende stund af fire personer med hver deres ansvarsområde. Vores SoMe-managers sidder decentralt, men vi har et tæt samarbejde med dem. Det samme gælder for en mindre produktionsenhed bestående af en video-projektleder og FTP-elev.

Der vil være rejseaktivitet i forbindelse med kampe i provinsen, udebanekampe og slutrunder. Der er dog et generelt stort fokus på en god arbejdslivsbalance.
Stillingen indebærer omkring 15 rejsedage om året.

Rollen har ikke personaleansvar, men målsætnings- og budgetansvar. Rollen refererer i det daglige til DBU’s Head of Marketing.
