CRM Manager

Location: St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton

Hours: Full Time

Core hours 1000-1600, flexible on start and finish times if required

Contract Type: Permanent

Hybrid Working Option: Yes (40% home working)

What will you be doing?

You’ll be an integral member of the Commercial team, using a range of data to a better understand of our fans. You will report into the Head of Direct Marketing, Data & Analytics as well as working closely with the wider marketing, commercial and digital teams. You’ll ensure we maximise the use of this understanding from a direct marketing perspective, across multiple channels, including (but not limited to) email marketing, SMS and Direct Mail. You’ll have an ability to be come up with creative solutions and campaigns which get results.

You’ll be based at St Mary’s Stadium, in the city centre, just a 20-minute walk from the train station or, if you’re a driver, there’s free parking! Your desk will be located within the buzz of the Commercial Division. This is a great opportunity that will have you working with multiple departments across the whole business, build relationships with various teams and to have your input on our innovative projects!
