Job Description

These tasks are waiting for you:

  • Processing, control and further development of the initiatives in the areas of social responsibility / CSR management - especially integration, inclusion, diversity, violence prevention, addiction and health prevention, child and youth protection
  • Initiation, implementation, support and evaluation of practical and practicable measures and projects
  • Advice and support for the clubs in the development and further development of the topics in the area of ​​social responsibility / CSR management - in close cooperation with the various specialist departments of the DFB, the LSB Bremen, the DFB foundations and other institutions in the area of ​​social responsibility / CSR- management
  • Support in the work with the voluntary bodies of the BFV
  • Coordination and organization of cross-association or association-specific service offers of the BFV and the umbrella associations
  • regular planning, participation, support and implementation of events and workshops within the subject area
  • Networking and close cooperation with social institutions / carriers
  • Public relations work within the subject area and in coordination with the responsible persons in the BFV
  • Support in the organization, implementation and documentation of BFV events and projects
  • Implementation of projects and actions from external institutions, such as B. the DFB foundations

 Your skills:

  • Completed studies in the field of social, educational or rehabilitation sciences or vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field mentioned
  • Particularly sensitive handling of people with disabilities and the topic of inclusion
  • preferably experience in the field of "social & community engagement"
  • creative approach, confident style and fluency
  • very good knowledge in dealing with MS Office (especially Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and good skills in dealing with modern communication technologies

  • You are in possession of a driver's license
