Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our Foundation team.  Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the delivery of our Fundraising Strategy and identifying and implementing innovative opportunities to drive income, allowing us to increase the impact we make in our communities. 

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Growing the membership of our ‘Supporter of the Foundation’ scheme
  • Developing new and enhancing existing partnerships to support the growth of fundraising income and in-kind donations to the Foundation
  • Increasing income through access to Fulham Football Club assets
  • Organising fundraising events
  • Achieving budget targets
  • Proactively seek to build relationship with colleagues to create value for individual programmes and the Foundation as a whole
  • Identify and maximise benefits from corporate partners and sponsors
  • Increasing awareness of the work of the Foundation

Candidates must have experience in fundraising and be able to demonstrate previous success in generating income and achieving targets. You will be an exceptional communicator with the confidence to work on your own initiative and to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be well organised with excellent attention to detail, work well under pressure and have the ability to think both strategically and operationally.  Experience of working with CRM systems is preferred.
