About the opportunity: We have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager  to come and join our Office of the Directorate and deliver a first-class front of house service across all our Everton Family sites.


As Directorate Operations Manager you will have management of the receptions across all sites including the Royal Liver Building, USM Finch Farm and Goodison Park and will ensure all Club protocols, procedures and standards are upheld and guests of the Club receive an outstanding experience during business hours and matchdays.


You will manage meeting logistics for all external meetings, including refreshments and AV equipment, by liaising with the Club’s catering suppliers and Tech Team, as well as the organisation of the Boardroom on a matchday, centrally controlling all aspects of guest services and matchday logistics.


You will help and support the Head Directorate Operations to deliver the CEO’s strategic agenda.


Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for a confident, adaptable individual with excellent management and communication skills.


Strong stakeholder management with the ability to manage cross-functional teams is essential as you will play a pivotal role in projects that will help to improve the wellbeing of the Club’s most senior leaders.


The successful candidates will be dynamic, forward-thinking individual who has ability to drive constant development across their department.


This position is on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract contract, working 35 hours per week (including match days). The closing date of this advert is Wednesday 27th October 2021.
