What will you be doing?
You’ll be working closely with the Player Insights Manager and be responsible for using video and modern technology to support all recruitment decisions at academy and first team level. Identifying, tracking, monitoring and preparing of research of targeted players for the club’s decision making panels. You will be in charge of supporting the Player Insights Analyst on a day-to-day basis, conducting PDRs and assisting with their development plans.
You will be based at Staplewood Training Ground located in Marchwood, Southampton. Just a 15-minute drive from the city centre and don’t worry there’s free parking! There is also the option for flexible home-working a few days a week to ensure you get the balance you need to get the job done.
Is this you?
You’re a motivating and supportive leader, with experience in a similar role for an elite football organisation. Bit of a technical whizz on Scout7/iSF, PMA and Outlook programs. You’re definitely a strategic thinker but you also love showing your creative side when it comes to presenting data and networking/building relationships is easy for you.
