What will you be doing?
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing and be responsible for the planning and delivering of marketing campaigns to optimise the revenue generated by the Club, to create innovative and inspiring ideas, and ensure that the clubs strategic aims are achieved.
You’ll be specialising in implementing plans for the Ticketing, Hospitality and Membership business areas. To achieve this, you’ll be building relationships and liaising with multiple departments across the club including the wider Marketing teams such as Brand, CRM, and Content.
You’ll be based at St Mary’s Stadium, in the city centre, just a 20-minute walk from the train station or if you’re a driver there’s free parking! Your desk will be located within the buzz of the Commercial department, just down the corridor from our Bistro where you can start your day right with free breakfast, tea and coffee, and then in the afternoon enjoy our very much loved daily 3pm snack surprise!
There is also the option for flexible home-working a few days a week to ensure you get the balance you need to get the job done.
Is this you?
If you have previous Marketing Manager experience for a high-profile business, been involved with producing multiple strategic plans for successful campaigns at once and understand the work ethic required for working within a fast-paced environment, then you’ll know what it takes. You love to be creative, thinking outside the box. Building relationships comes easy to you and using programs such as Photoshop & InDesign is the norm.
