The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling corporate partnership programs that incorporate all soccer and stadium controlled assets. These assets include cross-promotional merchandise opportunities, co-sponsored workplace or community events, traditional signage, live stream commercial broadcast, radio, cross-promotional opportunities, print, digital and web, plus much more. This role demands creativity in developing corporate partnerships that offer a unique yet meaningful value proposition that can be fulfilled efficiently, tracked, and reported in a professional and timely manner. This person works closely with the President, Partnerships & Community Relations Lead, and Technical Staff to develop and implement strategies for short- and long-term corporate development while sustaining top-notch customer service and growth year over year. This person is responsible for assisting the Sales Team in creating partnership proposals, partnership contracts, planning for sales retention, fulfilling partnership assets and providing top-notch customer service to all current and potential partners.
Responsible for supporting the workflows and execution of Partnership contracts and deliverable assets.
Serve as a product knowledge expert and club brand evangelist
Uncover new opportunities to meet a Partners need and objectives in an efficient manner
Coordinates with Ticketing Box Office Manager for Partnership related ticketing, catering requests.
Procurement of Partners’ printable assets such as banners, signage, and swag items
Cross-function execution of the workflow to carry out fulfillment of each asset.
Ensure partnership assets are fulfilled upon the commencement terms of the contract
Strong cross-functional communication between Ticketing, Marketing, Soccer and Stadium Operations departments
Self-starting follow-up for phone and email campaigns related to direct marketing efforts
Coordinate and execute match day coordination of Partnership assets
Active involvement in sales or business organizations including (but not limited to) Chambers of Commerce, Sales and Marketing Executive organizations and other networking associations
Identify and solicit new local, regional, and national corporate partners
Update all CRM work-flows information for dashboard and snapshot reporting
Deliver the highest level of client service throughout the life of the partnership
May be required to lead outside sales events in addition to all home games for promoting sales packages through tabling, promotions, and invitations to games
Responsible for follow up phone campaigns involving direct marketing efforts
Meet or exceed all established activity and sales goals
Present sales reports to management
Active involvement in sales or business organizations including (but not limited to) Chambers of Commerce, Sales and Marketing Executive organizations and other networking.
Essential Skills, Experience & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent industry experience
1-2 years of event, promotions, and/or sales experience with a sports team, stadium, arena, or public assembly facility
Proficiency with GSuite
Knowledge of ticketing, CRM systems, and project management tools such as Trello
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in virtually team networks
Effective time management skills
Team oriented and self-motivated
Natural aggressive style and positive attitude
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines to meet goals.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills
