Responsible for hands on duties that drive the team’s overall strategic marketing plan in an effort to maximize sale revenue.
Create marketing initiatives that drive consumer awareness, engagement, and interest in all things related to the team.
Work with Director, Analytics to understand audience, segments, prospects, in an effort to drive campaigns to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals.
Work with sales management to create premium and unique inventory options that drive revenue.
Work with youth soccer management team to create brand awareness of youth soccer related initiatives in the community.
Leverage promotional partnerships to drive greater awareness and engagement.
Work with internal creative team to protect the team’s look, image, and brand identity.
Work with Manager, Communications to coordinate strategic marketing plan for sales growth.
Work closely with senior management on marketing budget.
Develop relationships and work with marketing suppliers, including media partners.
Analyzes reports and trends, and remains keenly aware of marketing initiative’s impact.
Partner with creative services, social media, and assigned marketing staff/ promotions staff.
Assist with identifying and targeting market segregation of business in local area to build sales database and create leads for staff.
Handle administrative details related to the marketing team and works as a guide to ensure all team members are working in tandem with each other to achieve marketing goals and initiatives.
Handles operational duties in games and events as assigned and required.
Candidate must have 3-5 years experience working in marketing communications for a sports related entity. We will not consider applicants without specific hands on sport's team experience.
Candidate must have a track record of success in driving single game and walk up sales, based on the marketing campaigns he or she has managed.
Candidate must have excellent writing skills.
Candidate must have the ability to supervise employees, with specific supervision experience.
Candidate must have hands on graphic skills.
