TITLE: Security Manager
DEPARTMENT: Stadium Operations REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Security & Guest Services
FLSA: Full-Time; Exempt
WHAT SETS YOU APART
We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, patient individual to join our security team! You have top-notch security expertise, strong leadership skills and always suggest and implement new solutions. You will be responsible for managing all security staff and overseeing all aspects of public and venue safety. You ensure proper enforcement of venue event policies and procedures that results in a safe and well-protected environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all aspects of event security for Exploria Stadium, Osceola Heritage Park Training Facility and Sylvan Lake Training Facility.
Manage all part-time security staff at Club facilities during regular work hours, events and gamedays.
Act as point person liaison and manage security vendor relationships.
Create and deliver security operating procedures in conjunction with the Senior Director of Security & Guest Services that improve execution and provide additional value in a cost-effective manner.
Develop work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring security staff performance.
Conduct pre-event briefings for event staff as required.
Coordinate responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security regulations.
Proactively communicate and seek feedback internally and externally to improve customer satisfaction as much as possible.
Manage interviewing, hiring, and training of security employees in coordination with Human Resources and Senior Director of Security & Guest Services.
Manage appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining security employees in coordination with Human Resources and Senior Director of Security & Guest Services.
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years previous security and guest service experience.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Basic office computer skills.
Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Must possess a Florida Private Security License or be willing to obtain one prior to employment.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
This position requires work inside and outside of the building and some exposure to adverse conditions.
