Job Description

Wigan Athletic Community Trust are looking to recruit a number of Goalkeeper Coaches to help deliver its football goalkeeper activities. Sessions will include evening football development centres, girls' specific sessions, weekend coaching and holiday courses for young people between the ages of 6-14 years.

Initially hours are available on a Wednesday and Friday evening, with the aim to grow and offer more hours across the week.

Salary: £18.00 per hour

Working hours: Between 2-5 hours per week on weekday evenings

You will:

  • Deliver and support high quality football goalkeeper coaching across a range of projects.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with participants and partners.
  • Collect the required monitoring and consent information.

You will have:

  • A FA Level 2 Goalkeeper Coaching Qualification.
  • Experience of delivering football goalkeeper coaching to a range of people of all abilities and ages.
  • The ability to travel to different sites to deliver sessions.
