Job Title: Christmas Retail Assistant
Employer: Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Positions: 4
Location: Based at either Churchill Square, Brighton and American Express Community Stadium, Brighton
Hours: 9am - 7pm four days a week to include some evenings, weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Hourly paid, fix-term until 31st December 2021. Opportunity to continue working matchdays in 2022.
Deadline Day: 17th October 2021.

The job
Brighton & Hove Albion are recruiting for 4 Christmas Retail Assistants to come and join the team and work at either our pop-up shop in Churchill Square, Brighton or American Express Community Stadium, Brighton. We want to create legendary experiences for every guest or fan that enters our shops, and we do this with our energetic and passionate retail team. 
 
What does the day to day look like?
It will be your responsibility to provide excellent customer service and to deal with general enquiries from customers. Part of the role will also include replenishing stock, processing payments and providing advice on products and upselling over the Christmas period.  
 
What we need
We need someone who can deliver the highest level of customer service to ensure our customers have a great customer experience. The successful candidate must have previous experience and knowledge of working within a retail store and it would be beneficial to also have experience of cash handling.
