We are seeking a highly motivated customer service / sales orientated individual to join our friendly and professional Ticket Office. Working as part of our Team you will play a key role in the Ticket Office providing assistance to the Head of Ticketing with all supporter enquiries and duties.
Whilst this role will initially be based working from home, once restrictions ease you will be based at our Craven Cottage Stadium. You will assist in managing all aspects of selling commercial products via telephone, online and from the ticket sales counter. You will support the Club’s objective of making it easy to buy from us and grow the Club’s fan base by maximising sales opportunities through all commercial areas of the business including Ticketing, Hospitality and Retail.
You must have a proven track record of providing service excellence in a customer-based role, including resolving customer queries constructively and professionally. Previous experience within a call centre or other office environment is essential, as are excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
This position is full time (fixed-term until April 2022) and will include working match-days.
