The Miami Football Club are seeking a highly motivated, coachable individual who is passionate about getting their start on the business side of the sports industry. The Inside Sales position focuses on selling single game tickets, new full season tickets, partial season ticket plans, mini plans, group tickets, and premium seating through outbound touchpoints and face to face appointments for Miami FC.  Our Inside Sales program provides consistent training from the Miami FC and United Soccer League leadership teams. As a leadership team, we’re committed to the process of developing our sales executives on both a personal and professional level. The position pays a full-time base salary wage plus commissions.

  • Responsible for the sale of individual tickets, new full season tickets, partial season ticket plans, and flex plans.  
  • Make a minimum of management’s pre-determined number of touchpoints each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue 
  • Identify new business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks 
  • Proactively seeking new leads through referrals, prospecting and networking 
  • Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales and intangible goals  
  • Conducts appointments with prospective clients 
  • Provides phone support and follow-up of ticket sales marketing campaigns 
  • Maintains detailed records of clients and prospects in the CRM system 
  • Staffs sales tables at various games and events 
  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University required, major in Business or Sports Management preferred. 
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in ticket sales required, with a sports team preferred. 
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish Required. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and execute in a timely manner. 
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast pace work environment with challenging demands and frequent changes. 
  • Must possess a professional demeanor and has the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external clients. Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively – both verbal and written. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook. 
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as the event calendar requires.
