Event Staff are responsible for acting as the front-line greeter and customer service contact for all customers at events. They are expected to be knowledgeable of our products, promotions and venue (Providence Park). Event Staff will work as a cashier at one of our on-site merchandise locations or in our warehouse assisting in the restock of our stands and delivery of online orders during events. They must feel confident completing credit card transactions and be able to balance their till at the end of an event without discrepancies. Events draw large crowds and can be extremely fast-paced. Our Event Staff need to have the ability to effectively cope with high pressure situations. Good communication and customer service skills are essential to providing a quality experience to all customers. Event Staff are an important part of our team and will be expected to have a positive attitude and work well with others.
Event Staff Job Positions Available:
Merchandise Stand Staff – Working in a merchandise stand on the main concourse level during all stadium events. Primary responsibilities include customer service and cashiering. (Retail/Cashier experience preferred but not required)
Warehouse Staff – Working in a warehouse environment assisting in restocking stands/stores. Needs to be able to lift at least 50lbs and carry long distances and stand/walk for long periods of time. (Warehouse experience preferred but not required)
Heat Press Operator – Will be trained to operate a heat press used to customize jerseys with names and numbers. Heat Press Operator will be working alongside the warehouse staff and would be responsible for the same duties when not needed to operate the heat press. When working in the warehouse, would be assisting in restocking stands/stores. Needs to be able to lift at least 50lbs and carry long distances and stand/walk for long periods of time.
To customize jerseys, must be:
Comfortable operating a 350° heat press

Must be prompt, reliable and available to work 80% of our teams’ home match events, including postseason.
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Clean, presentable appearance

Must be able to physically handle long hours of standing/walking (5+ hours)
Must be at least 16 years old to be considered
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Retail experience preferred, but not required
Frequency of Shifts: To be eligible for our Event Staff position you need to be able to work 80% of our teams’ home matches (preseason & postseason included).
There are occasionally special events added during the season that Event Staff may be offered to work. Please note this position is strictly for events and further hours are generally not available.
