What will you be doing?
You’ll be working with the Schoolboys Strength and Conditioning department, in a team of 4, and be responsible to assist the team deliver an elite physical development programme to the Academy schoolboy age groups.
You’ll help drive the implementation of the physical development curriculum for players aged 9-12 through innovative and effective methods, and work closely with MDT staff members to continuously help assess and develop these players.
You will be based at Staplewood Training Ground located in Marchwood, Southampton. Just a 15-minute drive from the city centre and don’t worry there’s free parking! This role is a permanent part time vacancy, working 18 hours per week.

If you like creating fun coaching sessions for young players, have a positive and approachable personality, and comfortable communicating to all stakeholders, then you’re the person we’re looking for. You have previous experience working within a multi-disciplinary team and understand the importance of flexible working schedules and good organisational skills to be able to work within a fast-paced sports environment.
