Job Description

JOB TITLE: Creative Producer (Partner & Brand) 
DEPARTMENT: Marketing / CTV
REPORTING TO: Creative Content Lead
JOB FUNCTION: To create and oversee content production for CFC partnerships and brand marketing teams.
DIRECT REPORTS: N/A
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge
CONTRACT: 10am-6pm five days per week (some weekends). Permanent. 
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Play Your Part):
•       Lead production relationships with both partnerships and brand marketing teams.
•       Manage creative support and production workflows.
•       Ability to manage internal and external club briefs and present a strong response creatively.
•       Comprehensive understanding of full video production processes.
•       Strong portfolio of production industry contacts.
•       Work closely with our Creative and Marketing departments to consider our brand style and strategy in our production.
•       Direct creative development briefing meetings and presentations.
•       Pitching of potential concepts to high-level stakeholders.
•       Regular proposal of new styles and trends to consider in our creative.
•       To be able to work across multiple projects at the same time and under occasional time pressures.
•       Some scripting / writing capability.
•       Excellent attention to detail. 
•       Keen interest in football / sports. 
•       Minimum three years agency experience.

•       Meeting all deadlines with an organised and well-structured workflow
•       Professional approach to stakeholder management and communication.
•       Regular production of innovative and exciting video production concepts.
 
 
 
 
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
 
Qualifications:
 
•       Excellent presentation skills and delivery expertise.   
•       Accomplished creative storytelling flair in projects. 
•       Extremely high-level examples of relevant previous work. 
 
Experience:
 
•       Minimum three years (preferably agency) experience. 
•       Successful “Best in class” multi-platform content examples relevant to final productions. 
•       Clear examples of commercial and partner content collaboration work. 
•       Experience of working within a brand strategy identity.
